• Revised Role Definitions and Organizational Chart: Develop clear, simplified role definitions and an organizational chart that reflects the actual workflow and responsibilities within the organization.
• Terminology Glossary: Create a glossary of terms used within the organization to ensure uniform understanding and usage.
• Implementation Plan: Develop a detailed plan for rolling out the role definitions and structure, including timelines and responsibilities.
