Sports supplementation, for anyone who wants to start in the world of sport, is ideal because depending on what your goals are, you can meet your nutritional requirements, for example, in my case, I am a person who wants to get muscle, so in my breakfasts, I make recipes in which I include protein powder to be able to reach my daily required protein, here an example: (fictitious example)
In my opinion, this product is very good in general as long as it has a reliable scientific verification behind it, which makes it an ideal supplement for people of almost all ages, both for athletes and for older people who have a shortage of some nutritional value. It is suitable from the scientific point of view, we see the example in creatine, 100% reliable and also for athletes who perform explosive exercises. However, as previously mentioned, it is likely that if it does not have a thorough scientific research, it is likely to have its side effects, or even some of them may cause diseases. I would love that every supplement that comes on the market, has a deep scientific research behind it in order to prevent diseases or even harmful substances to health in their entirety.I currently do not supplement but that does not mean that it is bad, I just do not need it at the moment.

Fun fact
Research was also done on protein, but it is more difficult because it is found in various parts of the body. Several bodybuilders were interested in it, but scientists did not pay much attention to it because of the little consideration given to it as a “sport”, so they had to experiment on their own.
