Taking a Step Forward

Phase II of Voyager is a crucial step in your career at Addison Group. You have completed your onboarding and initial recruiter education. You have established expectations to meet via Velocity (e.g., activity metrics) and will soon start placing candidates. But don't think we're leaving you in the dust! As you take on your new role and its expectations, we will be provbiding you with extra recruiting resources.

> Travel to Addison Group's corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL for a three-day in-person recruiter-focused training session conducted by our Learning & Development team

> Join Addison Group's Accelerator Program > You will partner with a seasoned Recruiter for 13-weeks of additional on-the-job training

Peer-to-Peer Virtual Learning

> Participate in weekly virtual learning sessions (via Microsoft Teams) over 90 days > Sessions will be inclusive of Associate Recruiter IIs across the country in other Addison Group markets > Virtual learning will be conducted by Addison Group's Learning & Development team
