OBJECT QUESTIONS
Most questions in English need an auxiliary verb (for example: do, be, have or a modal verb) before the subject. Follow this pattern for Yes/No and object questions ( they ask for the object)
When we ask about the subject of the verb, we use the same word order in the question as in the statement (subject + verb + object). Do not add an auxiliary verb to subject questions: Who told you the news? (Stuart told me the news.) What happened yesterday? (Nothing happened yesterday.)
