Exercising Regularly
I will engage in some form of physical activity regularly and consistently. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I will wake up early and go on a run before school. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, I will do yoga, core, and back-strengthening exercises.
Eating Healthy
I will eat 5 servings of fruits and 5 servings of veggies every day. I will only eat chips once a week and stay away from ultra-processed foods.
Reading
I will read more non-fiction books. I will finish the books 'Atomic Habits' and 'Outliers' by the end of September.
Drink More Water
I will drink 10 cups of water every day.
Attend a Top University
I will attend a top in-state university for my undergraduate degree, such as Rice University, UT Austin, or Baylor University.
Straight As
I will get straight As throughout the rest of high school. In math and science subjects, I will get 100s.
Medical Degree
I will become a doctor by 2035.
Academic Decathlon
I will be a top 3 scorer in the Greenwood Cup so I make the Academic Decathlon team this year.
Self Care
I will stop undervaluing my mental health and take time each day to relax, decompress, reflect on my day, and do something I love.
Success
I will become a successful doctor with a $100,000+ salary so I can travel the world.
National Merit Scholar
I will get a perfect score on my PSATs and SATs to become a national merit scholar.
No Procrastination
I will follow my study schedule, turn my work in on time, and ultimately be more productive.
