Join US on the mats for a fun, safe, and rewarding opportunity!

SEASON BEGINS NOVEMBER 2024

REGISTRATION: is OPEN (scan QR code or link below) SEASON: November 6th/7th - February Try It Nights: 10/21 and 10/23 - 6 PM at the High School Wrestling Room Come try a practice session and meet some of the coaches - No tennis shoes permitted on the mats.

For GIRLS and BOYS - K-6 - in NHSD

Fast Facts:

  • Practice: 3x per week
  • Novice (0-1 year) and Open Divisions (2+ Years of experience)
  • Gear: Headgear, Singlet (provided for season use only), Warm-ups (provided), and Wrestling Shoes
  • Match Nights: Live practice sessions with NH Wrestling League teams
  • Tournaments: Compete in tournaments and test your skills - Based on the wrestler and is a separate cost - Sign up through pywrestling.com
  • North Hills Wrestling League: North Hills, North Allegheny, Hampton, Shaler, Mars, and Fox Chapel
  • Road Warrior Tournament: End of Season Tournament with NH Wrestling League
  • Fundraisers: Help support our league - Pizza & Hoagie Sale, Lottery, and Comedy Night
  • Parent Involvement: This league cannot function without your support. Volunteer for match nights and our NH league tournament. You can help with concessions, mat setup and breakdown, table worker, and with fundraisers

NH Youth Wrestling provides an opportunity for children (K-6) to participate in one of the most rewarding sports. Wrestling will help your child develop agility, confidence, coordination, and strength. The coaches and board members volunteer their time and are dedicated to providing a safe and rewarding experience for all participants. Children will learn conditioning, skills, and techniques appropriate for their age and ability level in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
