We wanted to share an amazing story which shows just how much our teams go the extra mile for our customers!
Yesterday, one of our team, Shooshoo, spoke with an elderly customer who mentioned she'd fallen out of bed, was very confused and was feeling quite unwell and needed an ambulance. Shooshoo immediately raised this to her manager and at this point, Peter and Jamie swung into action!
Between them, Peter and Jamie called for an ambulance and stayed on the phone with the customer and the ambulance control room, relaying details about the customer's condition. Not only this, but they searched for, and contacted one of the customer's relatives who was able to go round and help.
Jamie and Peter stayed on the calls until the ambulance arrived and we have learnt today that their intervention may possibly have saved our customer's life as she was indeed very unwell.
