We want to hear from you! If you ever encounter scenarios that don't align to whats common on the call floor please let us know!

This can be done through the Alignment Feedback Form which will be sent out each class and alignment!

As a reminder, here's the roleplay schedule!

Pace & Exposure

We've noticed that some new hires may take a bit longer during roleplays, seeking validation and asking many questions. While it's great that they're eager to learn, this can sometimes disrupt the 'live call' simulation. To make the most of our time, let's aim to maintain a steady pace through scenarios and dedicate review time at the end of each call. We can reinforce this in the classroom, but your role as the roleplayer is crucial in keeping things structured and moving smoothly.

You may have noticed with the July class that our Customer Service Roleplays have changed. This change reflects our new approach to these scenarios in the classroom. We would greatly appreciate any feedback or questions you might have about these updates. Your input is invaluable in making sure we continue to improve and adapt our training methods.
