EUROMONITOR MENTORING PROGRAMME
To encourage a high-performance culture by mentoring, empowering colleagues to own their professional development and build meaningful connections across the business.
Proposed programme
75 pairs of mentors/mentees (2024/2025)
End of October 2024
- Performance Rating: Meeting expectations and above
- Applications to become mentor or mentee
- Minimum service of 1 year for mentors
- Mentees should have passed probation and have one performance rating on record.
- Mentee: Any career level
- Mentor: Career level 4 and above
1 hour per month for 6 months

Selection and matching process
Application
Internal communication Official announcement via email, intranet, global live event, explaining the purpose, benefits and structure of the programme. Information session Drop-in sessions (virtual and in-person) to answer questions.
Orientation session All participants to receive a session to outline the programme, structure, expectations and best practices. Workshops for mentors and mentees To help maximise the mentoring relationship.
Initial screening and matching The matching will be based on the criteria set. It will be a scoring system.
Timeframe: 2 - 3weeks Application forms for both mentor and mentees to submit their interest.
Regular check-ins Quarterly check-ins to ensure mentoring. Pulse survey at month 2 and 4. Feedback mechanisms Continuous feedback through check-ins. Conduct mid-point and closing evaluation survey.
