M-Net wiring
The M-Net cable is the path for communication between CAHV-RWhen you have multiple systems cascaded together, the M-Net is communication line between all systems. If a centralised controller is fitted to the system(s), an additional M-Net is required for communication between the CAHV and the Centralised controller.
M-Net communication cable
The M-Net cable must be screened to block out external electrical noise and voltage interference. The cable cores should be 1.5mm in diameter to allow the large amount of communication flow between the units.2 cores + the screen is required. The screen must only be earthed at one end of the cable to stop the cable from creating an ariel for noise interference.
