In small groups - discuss what you can see. Can you use words and phrases to make the acts seem attractive? Let's jot some ideas down on the flipchart.

Let's re-cap on the Vehicle Text and the acts that we described last lesson. Look again at the illustrations. Abdul Kazam has asked Leon to write a persuasive magic show report decribing what people will see there. In pairs - take turns to give reasons to go the magic show.

Questions can be used to grab the reader's interest. They can ask the reader if they have ever experienced something, or they might ask them to imagine something to create excitement. Let's remind ourselves of the questions used in the Vehicle Text. In pairs: take turns to ask each other questions about the magic show.
