Dear Elaine, I am writing to apply for the position of executive secretary at Pushmore, Ltd. I have just finished studying office management at the local community college and am excited for the opportunity to work for such an important position. Though I haven’t had any actual experience, I maintained the schedules of my roommates, organized our cleaning rotation and took care of all of the bills and correspondence in our house. I am an incredibly organized person who is able to multitask. I am also available every day all day and would love to travel. I can’t wait to hear from you and discuss my career possibilities.
