Faster, faster! You can do it! Exercise is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Exercising will help you stay healthy, look better and have more energy. Unfortunately, many people say they don’t like exercising. Some people say they don’t have enough time, or that exercise is boring or not helpful. However, this essay will certainly make you see that exercise is important and that you should start exercising today.

Everyone Should Exercise

hook: The first sentence that grabs the reader's attention.

Introduction

First of all, you should pick out a sport or exercise that you would like to do. There are so many types of exercise that there must be one that you will enjoy. Exercise can be done individually, in groups or on teams. Individual sports might be for you if you prefer to work out in silence or with your own music. Sports like running, swimming or surfing might be just what you are looking for if you want to practice alone.

Learning session

Many sports are played with a partner, such as tennis or badminton. Having a partner can help keep you motivated and add an element of fun to your workouts. Some people really enjoy playing a sport on a team, such as soccer or basketball. A team can give structure to your workouts and help you to make friends. It is also fun to practice using teamwork and have a common goal.

Learning session

Next, you should make a workout schedule to help keep you on track. Research shows that if you make a schedule, you are more likely to continue exercising over a long period of time. If you join a team, you will have to go practice with your teammates. However, if you want to work out alone, you can choose when you will practice. Try to do exercise for about 30 minutes every day. Even if you think you don't have time, if you put exercise on your calendar, you must try to do it.
