Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Verbal stimulation.
Physical stimulation.
Check if they are breathing.
If they are not breathing, call 911.
Place hands in the center of the chest, on the sternum.
We intertwine our hands one on top of the other. Give 30 compressions at a frequency of 100 per minute continuously.
We hold the nose with the index finger and thumb.
Give 2 mouth-to-mouth breaths.

We must first assess the state of consciousness by stimulation.
If they do not respond, we must open the airway using the head-tilt/chin-lift technique.
Begin Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation.
We seal the person's mouth with our lips and expel air.
