Using cleaner, greener energy at our sites

We have certified 50% of Catral Garden's energy consumption with a guarantee of renewable origin; for the rest of the Group's activities, we are developing plans to reduce our emissions. For example, we are replacing traditional lighting with LEDs and will soon install solar panels at Nortene Home Depot France.

About "For a Sustainable Garden", our sustainability project

NeutralApp, our carbon footprint calculator

The NeutralApp calculates the CO2 emissions generated by our presence at trade fairs. This year we are implementing it for the 4 major trade shows ExpoCadena, JdC, Spoga Gafa and EuroBrico. We then offset our emissions by investing in environmental projects.

Dear colleagues and collaborators, I would like to thank the Sustainability Committee and all Catral Group teams for their efforts in integrating sustainability in their areas of work. I would also like to thank our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, whose work is essential to advance in our sustainable performance. So far this year, we are integrating ESG criteria in all our operations, focusing on decarbonization, circular economy, people, social action, compliance and value chain. All of this has earned us the El Suplemento National Award in Sustainability and membership of the United Nations Global Compact. There are many challenges ahead. We must establish a culture of sustainability throughout the company and meet this year's ESG objectives in order to focus on the 2025 goals, always ensuring the continuity and viability of the business. Together, let's keep working to achieve this sustainable garden!

Catral Diversity Policy

Launched on March 2024

Back in March, we introduced our claim "CATRAL DIVERSITY +" that represents the Group Zero Discrimination Policy and all the Corporate Social Responsability actions related to this issue.
