Using cleaner, greener energy at our sites
We have certified 50% of Catral Garden's energy consumption with a guarantee of renewable origin; for the rest of the Group's activities, we are developing plans to reduce our emissions. For example, we are replacing traditional lighting with LEDs and will soon install solar panels at Nortene Home Depot France.

Catral Group's official formal document summarizes the company's main decisions, objectives and commitments related to sustainability. It includes the Group's priority and strategic SDGs, as well as the ESG project guidelines.

Catral Group is a member of the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, which provides sustainability training, better communication and reporting, and online tools to improve our practices.
About "For a Sustainable Garden", our sustainability project
COMPLIANCE: Creation of the Ethics Committee, Ethics Code, and Ethics Channel
- Establishment of the Ethics and Compliance Group Committee.
- Implementation of the new Group Ethics Code to accelerate our development.
- Introduction of the Group Ethics Channel for the confidential and anonymous reporting of irregularities.

NeutralApp, our carbon footprint calculator
The NeutralApp calculates the CO2 emissions generated by our presence at trade fairs. This year we are implementing it for the 4 major trade shows ExpoCadena, JdC, Spoga Gafa and EuroBrico. We then offset our emissions by investing in environmental projects.

Catral Diversity Policy
Launched on March 2024
Back in March, we introduced our claim "CATRAL DIVERSITY +" that represents the Group Zero Discrimination Policy and all the Corporate Social Responsability actions related to this issue.
Catral Equality Policy
While we already implemented some measures to promote equality in our teams, we are progressing in formalizing this in a Group Equality Policy.
