Help Menu
To access Canvas Help, click on the Help tab in the Global Navigation Bar (the red bar on the left of your screen). This will launch a menu with a variety of help resources.
Search Canvas Guides.
The Canvas Guides are a series of web pages and video tutorials that explain Canvas's many functions. The answer to just about any Canvas related question can be found in the Canvas Guides. Direct links to the Canvas Guides are also included at the bottom of this page.
PAFA Canvas Support.
This link will take you to a Google form where you can submit a support ticket to PAFA's Online Learning Coordinator. Use this link if you have a technical issue in Canvas, can't find one of your classes in Canvas, etc. Do not use this feature to inquire about course content. If you have a question about course content or requirements, please contact your instructor directly.

This feature allows you to select the course you have a question about and message your instructor directly. Use this feature if you have questions about course content, deadlines, etc. You can also email your instructor directly.
