1 cup of red and 1 cup of yellow chicory 1 cup of slender carrots, 1/2 cup of kohlrabi, 1/2 cup of boiled broccoli 1 large onion, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp caster sugar leaves from 1 thyme sprig 350g puff pastry and Flour, for dusting Salt and black pepper
