Small, Lightweight SMT Photocoupler

Toshiba TLX9910 Photocoupler is designed for use within Solid-State Relay (SSR) applications in an automotive environment and in industrial applications like renewable energy.

This combination allows high-voltage, high-current switching, which is difficult to achieve with integrated photorelays. The TLX9910 offers an open voltage rating of 13.5V, significantly increasing the choice of compatible MOSFETs, and using a single device lowers the component count, reducing the size and weight of the solution. Toshiba TLX9910 Photocoupler is housed in a surface-mount, 4-pin SO6 package with 3.7mm x 7mm x 2.1mm dimensions and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
