About me

I'm Regina, a VA freelance specialist with 4 years of experience in Marketing, and Operations, and 10 years in diverse industries. My mission is to help you attract your dream clients with systems and creativity.

The design of this presentation was published in various universities and research centers. It was the first publication of a 2-research series. The illustrations are not mine.

This editorial design was a mock-up for a 20-page newspaper that included reports, ads, and interviews. All the content was local. It was optimized for printed viewing.

LEAD MAGNETS

All designs made with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.

This lead magnet collected emails through New Zenler's all-in-one system. Leads would receive a 4-part welcome sequence that generated their trust in the brand.

This lead magnet collected emails through a MailerLite + Wordpress landing page. Leads would receive one email with the download link and be invited to book a lesson (TidyCal).

This lead magnet collected emails through Systeme.io's all-in-one system. Leads would receive an email with the download link and be added to the NGO's newsletter.

WEB DESIGN

This website is being optimized at the moment. It's for a non-profit for stray dogs in Lima that I co-founded with my mom. Our goal is to expand this to a subdomain that will host an e-commerce using WooCommerce and Mercado Libre (a Latam payment gateway). We want to collect funds for the stray dogs that we foster.

I can also design websites in Kajabi, New Zenler, Syteme.io, and GoHigh Level.

FUNNEL DESIGN

This funnel was meant to capture leads and engage them in a 4-part welcome sequence to create brand awareness and introduce digital products that were on sale. After the funnel was completed, the leads were tagged in the weekly newsletter sequence.

• I've streamlined processes for content creation, project planning, delegating tasks, and following up with other team members and clients.
• Some of the tools I use are ClickUp, Trello, Notion, and Asana. You can see of my latest projects here.
• I can't lie though! Give me a good old spreadsheet and I'll give you a template no matter what: I see you, Gantt chart.

I have managed 2,000 subscribers in different email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Flodesk, MailerLite, and Active Campaign. I'm confident I can adapt and learn how to make any A/B test or setting in any platform of your choice.

I'm the ULTIMATE checklist girl. These are just some of the tools I use to make sure we make the best use of our working time together.

I use Loom and Vento to save meeting time, while maximizing trainings and adding value. I also use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Revoicer for optimizing systems and note-taking.

I'm proficient with all Google Suite products, as well as all Microsoft Office tools. For file management, I usually use DropBox, Google Drive, and One Drive. Every file and folder has a purpose!

While everybody loves a good ol' meeting, who can't deny the appeal of streamlined messaging systems? I handle very well Zoom, Meet, Skype, Teams, Slack, Telegram, TidyCal, Calendly, Voxer, and WhatsApp.

I may work remotely, but I have a working team with me.
