A digital learning coach assists teachers in using technology effectively for assessing student learning, differentiating instruction, and providing rigorous, relevant, engaging learning experiences for all students. Kim is extremely insightful and foresighted. She loves to sit in on PLCs and help teams with the new technology you may not know about.

Learning Lab

List of personnel- Mrs. Aguirre Students can attend the learning lab during class to take assessments as needed according to accommodations. Mrs. Aguirre also upens up the Learning Lab before school select days every week and during megalunch daily. Teachers MUST schedule students and list accommodations via Google Form.

Typical LTHS classroom

Each classroom has a teacher computer, projector, desks, chairs and storage. All LTHS classrooms are set up for the teacher to work from anywhere in the room with a wireless mouse and keyboard and using the projector as a computer screen. Science lab and computer lab classrooms will look different.

Teacher Workroom

All hallways (upstairs and downstairs) have teacher workrooms. All teacher workrooms contain two staff restrooms, copiers, teacher desks, phones, a conference room for meetings or planning and a kitchen area with table, microwave, refrigerator, keurig, sink, and soda vending machine. Most teachers have their own desk and phone for use during conference period in case their classroom is being used or shared.
