OBJECTIVE: Contribute mainly to obtaining financial resources to cover the needs of the school, promote socio-ecological education that encourages and promotes the participation of the educational community for the sustainability of the school, as well as the care of the environment. Having a short-term scope that can be observed from the beginning of the implementation of the project through daily collection by all participants, community work and the reduction of garbage, in the same way it has a long-term scope. medium term since every three months you can collect all the tapas collected and proceed to sell them. GENERAL DESIGN

• Direct the students to request a donation of transparent jars to collect the lids, as well as to make labels with the material provided by the school for the jars.

• Designate specific places for placing transparent material jars with labels for collecting lids.

• Instruct the young people and parents who volunteer in the project to visit the merchants around the campus to raise awareness and invite them to participate in this campaign by placing a transparent container in their business to collect the lids, these containers can be donated by the same merchants or, where appropriate, be provided by the school along with the corresponding labels.

• Request information from the students in charge of emptying the cans every two weeks inside the school and outside with the merchants participating in the project, who will collect the lids collected in a large container, provided by the directors.

OPERATIVE PLAN

Responsible for providing support for the maintenance and safeguarding of the large container where the lids would be emptied every two weeks (administrative staff).

• Those responsible for selling the tapas (parents and administrative staff assigned by management).

• Those in charge of this work will be responsible for taking the tapas for sale to the place previously investigated and negotiated for this purpose, which will be carried out every three months, delivering the money obtained to the school directors.

Responsible for accountability and preparation of results reports and project monitoring (campus managers designated for the project).

• The management personnel assigned to participate in the program will be responsible for preparing a monthly report on the approximate total of tapas collected (with support from administrative staff), as well as their equivalent in money.

• A quarterly report will be made of the money obtained from the sale of the tapas, which will not be used until the end of the semester.
