Es responsabilidad de cada trabajador, sin excepción, registrar su asistencia, conforme a los mecanismos establecidos por la Dirección de Administración.

2. Cumplir con la jornada laboral.

La jornada laboral semanal corresponde a 40 horas, con los siguientes horarios laborales:I. De las 8:00 horas a las 16:00 horas.II. De las 9:00 horas a las 17:00 horas.III. Horarios especiales para los trabajadores en el interior del Estado.

Deberán presentarse a la hora de inicio de labores en el doimicilio o centro de trabajo que se les haya asignado.

4. Portar uniforme y/o equipo de seguridad.

El uso de uniformes, serán obligatorios para el personal sindicalizado, portándolos durante toda su jornada laboral, teniendo la facultad "La CEAJ" de no permitir el ingreso a los trabajadores que se presenten a laborar sin portar el mismo y se considerará como falta injustificada.
