D) SOCIOCULTURAL SITUATION.- In this aspect, the same sectors of the communities of this Delegation where CONALEP SANTA FE is located, have their own beliefs and traditions that they celebrate on the corresponding dates, and are transmitted from generation to generation, as well For its part, the school carries out commemorations of important days as part of the country's cultural history; On the other hand, the Delegation to which the school belongs also celebrates important dates in the community, likewise the federal government opened cultural centers called Pilares in each Delegation of Mexico City where free classes are taught to those interested in various sporting and cultural activities, and to learn a trade, and several of them are also found in this Delegation.

B) FAMILY CONTEXT.- In this context, the average age of the parents is between thirty-two and forty-two years of age, the schooling is approximately between middle school and high school, the majority are parents who work as workers, salespeople, cleaning houses. , merchants or carry out some trade, so the economic level is low.

D) SCHOOL CHARACTERISTICS.- The school serves an enrollment of approximately 700 to 800 students each semester between the morning and afternoon shifts, it has a team of teachers of 70 to 80 between unionized and temporary, it has around 40 administrative employees among operational ones. and managers, 2 counselors in the morning shift and 2 in the afternoon shift.

REASONS OF MAGNITUDE.- At this point, one of the most pressing problems for the school is considered to be the insufficient budget assigned to the school by the government, which mainly affects all members of the student community (students, teachers, administrative staff, parents) in the case of students: due to lack of budget they do not have the furniture and equipment such as sofas, computer equipment, cabinets for optometry practices, English laboratories, among others, to carry out the activities academically, in the case of teachers, they are not provided with the necessary material to carry out their teaching task, such as printing exams, photocopies of activities to teach a class, sound equipment and cannons for their sessions with students, etc. In the case of administrative staff, there is a lack of stationery, printing and office equipment to do their administrative tasks, and parents are indirectly affected because their children, due to the lack of equipment to do their practices, may fail. Just as due to the lack of material for teachers to teach their children, it is more difficult for them to learn.
