Learners record a short video (2-5 minutes) on their phone or computer introducing themselves and explaining how JMG's mission, XYZ statement, and core values resonate with them.
Video Reflection
Learners record a 2-5 minute audio clip on their phone explaining JMG’s XYZ statement and values. They should include a specific example to support their explanation.
Audio Recording
Learners create a 3 to 5 slide presentation using PowerPoint or Google Slides that covers JMG’s XYZ statement, values, and impact. Each slide should contain brief bullet points, relevant images, and examples that help illustrate the learner's connection and demonstration of the values and impact.
