How to figure out your username

Your username for Microsoft is your Google ogin, but with ".org" instead of ."net"

Inserting PDF Files

How to insert a PDF file

You can insert PDF files from either Notability or Canvas into your OneNote pages.

Follow the steps below on how to insert a PDF file into your pages:

1. Export Notability file into a PDF and save onto iPad
2. On OneNote, select Insert > File
3. Select Insert PDF Printout
4. Select the file and select Open

Through Canvas

Looking at Canvas, to access OneNote, you will click on "Class Notebook" This should take you to a login screen and you just put in your information, which you find on the next tab of this slide

Through Web Browser

If Canvas is not loading for you, go to the Microsoft website on your web browser (link below) Click on "sign in" option

How to insert YouTube videos

You can insert YouTube videos into your OneNote pages.

Follow the steps below on how to insert a YouTube videos into your pages:

1. Find the video you want online
2. Copy the video URL from the address bar
3. On OneNote, select where you want it on your page, and paste it

Inserting Photos/Videos

How to insert photos/videos

You can insert photos and videos that you took on your iPad into your OneNote pages.

Follow the steps below on how to insert a photo(s)/video(s) into your pages:

1. Tap or click where you want to add a picture/video on the page
2. Select Insert > Pictures and select from file
3. Find the picture you want and select open
