*a form of conversation in which people who have different values, beliefs, and perspectives seek to build new ways to understand and interact with each other, even as they sustain commitments to their own principles and Depolarization that increases psychological safety as The shared perception that it’s safe to take interpersonal risks in a group and intellectual humility as The awareness of one’s cognitive limitations and the fact that one could be wrong.
