What is present simple?

The simple present (also called present simple or present indefinite) is a verb tense which is used to show repetition, habit or generalization.

When do we use present simple tense?

We use the simple present tense when we are writing about something that is repeated, is always true or is happening in a future time.

Negative sentences

Structure: Do/does+ subject + verb in based form.

STRUCTURE: Subject + don't or doesn't + verb in based form.

Repeated actions 1.- She doesn't wake up at 7:00 o'clock every morning. Always or generally true 2.- I don't like chocolate. Happening in a future time 3.- The bus doesn't leave at 9:00 o'clock.
