Structure: S + have/has + verb past participle + complement I, We, You, They have eaten sushi. He, She, It has eaten sushi. Examples: My brother has already gotten a job. Tom and I have already booked the hotel room. Have you already sent the report? (ahead of time)
More examples: Patty has just called you, but you were at the meeting. I have just realized you are my neighbor's brother. Have you just written the letter? Yes, twenty minutes ago. Has Brandon just cancelled the event? No, he just postponed it.
More examples: We haven't made our beds yet. We'll do that later. Cindy hasn't bought the medicine she needs yet. Has Peter told you about the conference yet? Have the students finished the assignment yet?
