An MSR is a Member Solutions Representative that aims to become a trusted financial advisor to our members by identifying opportunities to foster and expand the member’s relationship with Community First. Through the interview process identify products and/or services that would benefit the member. What is a Teller?

A teller is an employee of a financial institution whose responsibilities include the handling of customer, whom we call member, cash and negotiable instruments. Being front-line staff, they are most likely to detect and stop fraudulent transactions to prevent losses at a financial institution (counterfeit currency and checks, identity theft, etc.). *Click the orange person icon to learn what transactions Tellers can conduct for our members.
