Receta pipirrana

It's a salad With tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and green peppers. You can also find it with boiled egg and tuna (I usually make it like this), making it even tastier and more appetizing. Pipirrana

First, we are going to put the garlic, a piece of pepper and salt in the mortero to mash them. We don't stop until they are well mashed and mixed.

Now it is the moment to add the egg yolk, mash everything and add olive oil to get something similar to a sauce. Extra virgin olive oil from Jaén is better than any other in the world.

Later, we cut the other ingredients in little pieces. When we finish, we add the sauce and mix everything very well. Finally, we put it in the fridge for some hours to have it cold.
