Even when there is not compulsory to wear uniform, students must follow a dress code for men and women and on sports day, however there has been too much resistance to wear it , and they have divided the community’s opinion.
PROJECT TIMEFRAME
However, it was concluded that IT’S BECAUSE THE STUDENTS DO NOT FEEL PART OF THE SCHOOL, THEY LACK AN IDENTITY , and they just want to get the minimum grades to finish the baccalaureate, and that school has not been their first option, they are there because of their admission low grades, THEY behave in a disruptive and violent manner , including taking drugs. With the POISI [PROJECT OF IDENTITY SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT] it expected to impact the students and the school community: students involved, students around, parents, other teachers, etc.
Impact Expected
the following products are expected: - Diagnostic Tests answered - Written agreements from the school community meetings - Essays or written texts with the students comments of identity - Posters, fliers, and pictures , photographs of the activities done through the sessions.

The area is known for being close to Viveros Park and Mitikah, where most of the students can go
Derived from collegiate meetings and diagnostic questions to community members, a list of problems of the institution CEB 4/2 “Lic. “Jesus Reyes Heroles” located in Av. Progreso 23 , Col. Axotla, AlvarO Obregon Which is in an area close to two metro stations: Viveros and Coyoacan
It is within in a period of A TERM [4 MONTHS, once a week one English session out of three , and one week at the end of the term, diagnostic, data analyzing, intervention program planning and implementing intervention project, as well as assessing-providing feedback activities will be worked on so that the students know what identity is, importance of having an identity, how that identity contributes to social relationships and interactions with others, how identifying their own identity promotes self. Confidence and prevents you from self-destructive activities like taking drugs.
There is a high rate of dropouts. There is a high rate of violence and drug abuse. Students lack interest in learning, copy from other’s homework and some of them do not have a project for life.
- Create a positive climate of coexistence in the educational center out of violence and addictions - Establish relationships based on respect for dignity, freedom and diversity. - Promote in the educational center the values, attitudes and practices that allow improving the degree of acceptance and compliance with standards - Generate healthy habits
Therefore, in the end the following objectives are expected: - Understand concept of identity and importance - Raise awareness and sensitize the educational community and social agents about the importance of adequate school coexistence and about the procedures to improve it - Get the school community involved in activities that promote a greater identity and sense of belonging to the educational institution, encouraging student participation in building a positive and enriching school environment.
Such divided opinion has brought the problem people who are not students get into the school , which represents a big risk for the community as they could get weapons inside as well as drugs, that’s why the school community decide to work on the students’ identity.
