Introduction
In an era where digital technology is pervasive, students are increasingly at risk of becoming entangled in unhealthy digital habits that can affect their academic performance, mental health, and socio-emotional relationships. The "No te en-redes digitalmente" project aims to address these challenges by promoting a balanced and mindful use of technology. This project will engage students, teachers, and parents in practical and fun activities designed to strengthen school environments and enhance overall well-being.

- Key Areas: Digital literacy, mental health awareness, socio-emotional learning, and community engagement.
Objective: To promote school interest, mental health, and socio-emotional relationships through activities that encourage the healthy and balanced use of digital technology.
Scope: • Target Audience: Students, teachers, and parents at CECYTE 17 Tlalcuapan.

1. Awareness and Education: o Workshops and seminars on the benefits and risks of digital technology. o Guest speakers, including psychologists and digital media experts. 2. Practical Activities: o Digital detox challenges encouraging students to limit screen time. o Interactive sessions on managing online presence and digital footprint. o Group activities that foster face-to-face communication and teamwork. 3. Mental Health Support: o Counseling sessions for students experiencing digital addiction. o Mindfulness and stress management workshops. o Peer support groups facilitated by trained staff.
4. Socio-Emotional Development:o Activities promoting empathy, resilience, and healthy relationships. o Role-playing scenarios and conflict resolution exercises. 5. Community Engagement: o Parental involvement through informational sessions and family activities. o Collaboration with local organizations to provide resources and support.
