Overview / Instructions
Each of us has a unique career and growth story, and as the main character in yours, you deserve the opportunity to evolve. In Chapter 1, you reflected on your background and appreciated the professional experience that built your main character. In Chapter 2, you connected with the growth mindset superpower and how the 3 Es of Education, Experience, and Exposure will guide you in your character’s development. In this Chapter 3, you begin to choose your own adventure. Our Career & Growth Competency Collection includes a set of 38 behavioral competencies that describe how work gets done successfully across Circana globally. Each competency adds to your character’s persona and abilities. To make it easy for you to begin your learning, we have curated courses on Circana University that align with our 38 Competencies. We’ll continue to add courses through the launch of Success Profiles, which will give you even more insight into the competencies aligned to your role, so check back often! For now, this tool will help you narrow your focus to a specific competency based on your interest, and help you take action to evolve your capability.

The Career & Growth Competency Collection
Competencies are a mix of knowledge, observable behaviors, and skills that enable a person to do the type work that gets done in a role — and do it well. The Circana Competency Collection turns complexity into clarity by helping you identify and target strengths and growth areas for focused development.
The statements below reflect actions that an employee could make regarding work. As you begin writing your career and growth story, consider the statements in the following boxes to help narrow your focus to a grouping of competencies to explore.
Reflect on and improve myself. Be open and agile as a professional. Be myself personally and professionally.
