My name is Rocío González. I am a Primary Education teacher in Ecole school in Asturias, north of Spain. I am really happy to be part of this interesting project with my students aged 10-12. Ecole school is a privately owned educational institution, despite being located in a rural area, almost all of its students come from urban areas and live in the central area of the Asturias region.

I am Stella Kovatsi and I am a primary school teacher at the 2nd Primary School of Thermi . My students are 10-12 years old. The 2nd Primary School of Thermi is located in Thermi, Thessaloniki, in north Greece. It is a public school and this school year our school hosts 280 students. Our school is equipped with a library, a gym, a computer room and a music room. Also, there is a large playground with a football field, a basketball court and a green area for the students to relax during the breaks.

I am Nilüfer and I have been teaching English for 18 years.I like travelling and meeting new people. I am into discovering new personal development opportunities, guiding my students in their learning journey and making the teaching-learning process more effective. Our school is on the Mediterranean coast of south-western Turkey. It has 1010 students aged 11-14. It includes a variety of facilities for learning and recreation that meet the needs of our students.We also have skill-based classes such as ceramics,wood workshops and Robotics and Coding classes.

Hello. I am Sibel Bayraktar. I am a Primary School 1-I Class teacher at Bursa Nilüfer Şehit Öğretmen Şekip Akın Primary School. I have been a teacher for 28 years. I have 30 students. Our school is a very big and busy school. We have students between the ages of 6 and 11 . Foreign language education is provided starting from the 2nd grade. Our goal is for students to receive education as world citizens. I love learning while teaching. That's why I participate in e-Twining projects. I love traveling with my family, folk dancing and going to the theatre.

OUR CITY IS CALLED GREEN BURSA Bursa is a very beautiful city. As well as being a historical province, its nature is also incredible. It has tracks where you can swim in the sea in summer and ski in winter. Unesco cultural heritage Cumalıkızık and Iznik Hagia Sophia Museum are in our city. Bursa is famous for its tiles, towels, black figs, candied chestnuts, peaches and delicious food.

My name is Katerina Vlachou, and I have been an English teacher for 29 years. I teach all classes (6-12 years old) at the 45th Primary School of Peristeri in Athens, the capital city of Greece. The school has around 200 students and 30 people for staff. E-twinning programs are highly appreciated in our school and my students love them.

Our school is located in the Ialomita county, town Slobozia, in the south-west of the city, at a distance of 125 km from Bucharest (the capital of Romania), in a flat region. Ialomita is the name of the river which runs nearby. In our school they study kindergarten, primary and secondary education. The school offers students good learning and education conditions, favorable to the development of their personality, in partnership with local authorities.

I'm Olha Shkarupa, an EFL teacher from Ukraine. This year, my wonderful 10-year-old students are excited to participate in the project "Apple-icious"! They will have the chance to make new friends, develop their key competences, and deepen their knowledge about apples. It's going to be our very first eTwinning interactive project, and we can't wait! In our class, we have 13 boys and 15 girls, all of whom are incredibly imaginative, funny, and always ready to help one another. Our students come to our lovely lyceum from 6 different picturesque villages, each filled with beautiful apple trees.

Nosivka Lyceum No 1, Ukraine

I am Zoya Pukha, a secondary school teacher at Nosivka Lyceum # 1 in the North of Ukraine. My seventh graders are happy to join the Apple - icious project which is a wonderful platform for creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking and lifts their digital literacy.

Nosivka Lyceum # 1 is a secondary school with in-depth learning of English and Maths. Our great proud are the People's choir " Vasylky" and the Exemplary dancing group " Christal Shoes" which successfully participate in festivals travelling all over the country and around Europe. Students are supplied with facilities to study and to have fun while learning.

Nosivka is a small town 100 km from Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine where most of the student's parents work travelling daily or in shifts. So, the project is a gold possibility in keeping learners involved. Nosivka is an ancient town mentioned in Chronicles in 1147 and has a legend of getting its name from the name of a horse Syvka and a Kozak encouragement "No!" ( means go ahead in Ukrainian) for not to be stuck in a swampy place.

Portugal - Glória Pessoa | M.ª Sameiro Costa - Escola Básica Nadir Afonso

I`m Glória Pessoa, an English teacher. I live and teach in a city called Chaves in the north of Portugal.I love travelling and meeting new people from different countries. I will participate in this project with a group of 19 students, from 10 to 11 years old. I`m very happy to join this wonderful project. I think it will be a fantastic experience for my students and me.

My name is Maria Sameiro Costa and I live in Chaves, Portugal. I love reading, going for group walks and watching detective series. I enjoy communicating and interacting with people from different cultures. I am a French teacher and also a librarian teacher and it is in this role that I will participate in this project together with my colleague Glória Pessoa.

The Nadir Afonso Elementary School is named after a famous painter in our country and internationally: Nadir Afonso. The school belonging to the Group of Schools Dr. Júlio Martins, has about 280 students aged between 10 and 12 years. 40 teachers work in this educational unit of 2CEB (Basic Education Cycle). The school is old, but all classrooms have a computer and multimedia projector; There is a sports space, where physical education classes take place; a canteen, a computer lab and a library integrated with the School Library Network (RBE). There is a very large outdoor space, so that students can play and enjoy the school playground.

My name is Ivona Mijoč. I'm a social pedagogue who works with special needs students. I enjoy participating in eTwinning projects with my students.

We are students of PRO A class. There are six of us, 4 boys and 2 girls. We are 8 to 10 years old. We have students from 1st to 4th grade. We have lot of toys in our classroom. When we finish our tasks, we can play. Our school has around 450 students. We have classrooms, a playground, a cafeteria, a libary and a school gym.

We live in Split. Split is 2nd biggest city in Croatia with around 160 000 inhabitants. In the center of our city is Diocletians Palace, which was bulit in the 4th century. The Palace is protected by the UNESCO.

My school is public and It is located 16 km far away from Kavala, a city in North Greece. It is an old school since 1935.

Our school is located in Ivrea, a little city near Tourin, in Piemonte, northern west of Italy. We are really happy to be part of this project. In our school garden there is an apple tree and in the past we wrote a little book entitled "L'albero Mellino". We are ready to start this new adventure with you all!
