- Large (and constantly growing) collection of ready-to-go lessons with teacher scripts, student handouts, everything you need to start teaching
- They're really good at finding real media examples for students to practice on
- They're the folks who came up with the term "lateral reading"

- Their "Verification Skills" curriculum has all the lesson plans and handouts you need to do a full unit on Media Literacy
- They partnered with Mike Caulfield from the UW Center for an Informed Public on the lessons and videos
- They have an "Example Bank" with examples to use in classroom activities, sorted by topic

- Their standout resource is the "Checkology Virtual Classroom": a collection of self-paced lessons with great graphics that students can do without any teacher involvement
- They also have other resources you can sort by grade band and type of resource
- They offer a weekly newsletter that delivers examples of misinformation for use in classroom activities

- Be aware this is a Canadian government project so some resources refer to Canadian things and some videos are only available in Canada

- Over 800 "lessons" on a wide variety of topics that can be tied into subject areas and searched by topic and grade band
- Each lesson has specific media messages and suggested questions to ask about them that require some improvisation based on how students respond
- They provide videos and other guides to help you learn their Constructivist Media Decoding teaching method
