Les verbes -ER

In French, we organise verbs in three main groups

To conjugate regular -ER verbs in the present tense, remove the -ER from the infinitive and add the following endings: -e, -es, -e, -ons, -ez, -ent.

We use "vous" when you talk to a group of people you are not part of. And when you what to speak to someone: - older than you- someone you don't know- higher hierarchical levels- someone you want to show respect to

IIn French we use "tu" when we speak to people we are close to, such as family, friends, younger people etc..

Tu vs vous??

In French, we use "on" to refer as one group of people we are part of. You could translate it to we as a group.It is quite informal and we use it when we write or text only.
