What is MS Outlook?
MS Outlook is a secure way to communicate with colleagues, organise your tasks, interconnects with your Office 365 products, e.g. OneDrive files, and manage your time using Calendar, schedule messages and more. Where to find MS Outlook? Follow these simple steps to open MS Outlook on your personal computer:
Start → All Programs → MS Office → MS Outlook.
Moodle (SRUC's Learning Platform) → Dashboard → MS Outlook. What are the uses of MS Outlook?
MS Outlook allows you to control the time, return and security of your messages, create and schedule calendar events, polls, react to messages, @ a person in a message, as well as support your productivity by allowing you to create todolists, accessible across all Office 365 accounts, create template signatures and more.

Free Software
You have access to Office 365 (Microsoft Office products) through your student account at no additional cost. These can be accessed through the link below and using your student credentials. You will be able to use the online versions of the programs or download them to your personal device by clicking "Install apps" on the home screen. If you download the programs, you will need to sign in again with your student account.

Please follow the link below to log into Student Web Desktop. This is accessible with the login details that you use to connect to any SRUC system. Username: S30******@sruc.ac.uk (Your student number) Password: Your SRUC password
