About the project
Kids learnt about water from their own experience of touching, smelling, tasting, watching through very simple hypotheses and following the scientific method. The final goal was to understand all children the importance of water for nature and life and how they can protect it so that future generations can have this precious source of life.

The locations of our schools
We start our travel from Greece, go north to Lithuania, west to Poland, south west to Spain and east back to Greece!

The program was started by Felicia from Spain and Katerina from Greece, but very soon several teachers gathered
from 4 different countries.

The voting results showed a tie between two countries, so we decided to make a cooperative logo from all countries.

During the program all schools posted relevant posts on their websites or social networks.
Dissemination
Children in 63rd kindergarten of Thessaloniki performed a play about Water. The inhabitants of a village organized a festival with dances and songs about water to show families and friens the importance of this precious source of life.
Let's hope that the message of our children will increase awareness to protect water resource not only for us, but mostly for future generations.
