Hotlist assessment!
START!
On the next page you will be presented with an assessment on the Hotlist. When prompted please enter your FULL name and use access code "DList." You will want to have the Hotlist Triage Tool site open, as you will need to utilize the various Hotlists to find the answers to assessment questions. At the end of the assessment you will be presented with your score please document your score on your D-List form. You must get an 85% or higher to pass the assessment. If you do not pass, please work with clinic leadership to retake the course.
