How to assign and resolve issues in Aspire.

Overview of Issues

  • In Aspire, an issue is any action that needs to happen which requires special care.
  • Issues can be assigned to opportunities, properties, and work tickets.
Click on the top right button to show interactive elements!

Creating/Completing Issues

You're all set!

  • When creating a new issue, you can attach it to the desired item using the "Regarding" field.
  • You can also select the priority, category, and due date of the issue from this screen.
  • Relevant OPP#s, WT#s, PR#s should all be hyperlinked in the notes.
    • Upload screenshots of vital info for the reviewer
