Story

2. Emotional bodywork

Introduction

Resources

In exploring the emotional world of human beings, it is essential to understand how the brain works. Although much research has been done to understand how emotions, feelings and the neural system work in our brains, we still have a limited understanding of these processes and mechanisms. The complex links between various factors (experiences, cultural beliefs, hormones, etc.) and how they influence how we feel, every day, are not yet understood. We have only reached several conclusions that give us a rough idea of how our brains work, and this is the best perspective we have, so far, although it is still evolving.
