Introduction

To start with the school-community project, it was necessary to make an investigation of the problems that existed in the community, according to those problems, a survey was elaborated which was applied in the school and the city council was contacted, once the results were obtained it was decided on the project with which we would work. Every teacher have the option to choose in which progression they are going to contribuite and work with the proyect and how they going to work or with who or subject can make a contribution.

Objective and scope

The objective of the community school project is to raise awareness of the problems in the community in which we are working with both the school community as well as the community where the school is located, we work by school year, therefore it is a short, medium and long term work, since it starts when students are in first semester and continues when the semester changes, each subject works with the project and in some cases teachers work together, to meet the project's objective.

Operational plan

To operate the project, it is necessary to have a control and calendarization of the activities to be carried out in the assignments as well as the progression in which the week or weeks will be carried out in order to know in which phase of the project each teacher can contribute.

Appendices

For the project, was made an analysis of the problems of the community, then a survey was applied, all this based on a rubric developed by the Classroom, School and Community Program (PAEC) which shows the points that must be fulfilled. Once the project is chosen, a meeting is held where all the teachers are present with their programs (progressions) to see in which part of the project they can start working and in which progression their contribution to the project can enter, once each teacher knows in which progression the project can enter, it is shared and it is observed if there are coincidences to work in a collaborative way.
