What is a Request Template?
Start
A request template is a handy tool we use to organize information like checklists, itineraries, recommendations and more. Whether it’s for a specific service like finding a contractor/cleaning service or suggesting a list of products to planning a summer vacation, templates help streamline the process.

- Travel Itineraries: Organize and present travel plans neatly.
- Step-by-Step Guides: Explain processes, like how to submit a U.S. Passport application, including all requirements.

Response sent to the customer
Reveal Answer
- Insurance will cover 80% of the total cost after Sam has reached their yearly $250 deductible
- Learned that their current PCP can prescribe the cpap machine
- This customer already has a PCP and did not have to recommend one
Inforamation the LifeConcierge pulled together
Would this information be better suited in a Template or typed out in an email response?
Response sent to the customer
Explanation: In this case, the LifeConcierge only had to communicate the coverage information, therefore not needing a template.
However, if the customer also requested help in finding a new Primary Care Doctor (PCP), and the LifeConcierge provided three options along with their coverage details, a template would need to be utilized to organize this information efficiently.
