PhasesThe first step is the diagnosis in which the PAEC committee does an analysis about the needs in the community population outside the school. The second part is to establish the objectives of the project. Then, to plan the activities according with the needs and with each subject, including the schedule to carry out them. In this part is important to include the owners of the restaurants to have the permission to do the activities. After make practices in the restaurants and in groups supervise the development of the parents and students. Finally make an evaluation of the activities and identify the opportunity areas to improve them.

The objective of the project is to train the parents and students to offer a quality service in their jobs using the correct vocabulary and manners. The aim of the project is to publish the touristic zone through the quality services they offer, to be recognized as one of the most popular, healthy and enjoyable place to eat in Tuxpan, Ver.
The progressions of comparative topics are those that are going to be used in this project because when the students or parents are giving information about the food in the menu they can compare the meals. The learning of this progression is going to be through the use of images about food in that way students and parents will be able to practice the topics and the vocabulary.

The meeting minutes will be established according to the availability of the PAEC committee and could be from two to four hours depending on the topics. The photographic evidence will be added at the end of the activity. And all the evidences will be added in this part of the document.

In the community near of the school there is a touristic area called La Mata de Tampamachoco, which is made up of a group of restaurants specialized in seafood and in which parents and students work, so it is important to train them in serving both, local and foreign customers to provide them with a quality service.
