The Forney ISD Help Desk is available at forneyisd.incidentiq.com. (Click for the link or click the ? at the top right.) Students and Staff can login with their MyFISD accounts to submit and view their open requests. When asked to login, please select “IIQ Connect”
Troubleshooting tips
Create a Short Cut
You can add the Ole login screen to your taskbar for quicker login.
- Open the Ole website
- Click the 3 dots next to your picture on the top right of your screen
- Select Save and share
- Select Create shortcut
