Advancing sustainability
We continue to work on our Sustainability Master Plan, which guides our efforts on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues through ten specific objectives:
Environmental
Climate change, energy and biodiversity
In 2023, we updated our materiality assessment, applying a dual materiality approach to assess both the impact of our activities on ESG issues and the impact of these issues on our corporate performance and valuation. As a result, we have identified 18 material issues. Through our progress against our Sustainability Master Plan, we have identified 87 targets within 8 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to which we contribute, motivating us to remain steadfast in our commitment to continue to progressively contribute to sustainable development globally.

Ethical and transparent governance
From a governance perspective, we strive to integrate sustainability into all our operations, maintaining integrity, honesty and transparency at all times.
Whistleblower channel

We launched a new Internal Reporting System (whistleblower channel) to regulate the protection of individuals who report regulatory breaches and/or acts of corruption
We intensified efforts to increase transparency and communication around our key operations, such as the disclosure of annual reports
