Our Master in Management awards a higher diploma in Business and Management approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education.The first cycle takes place over the first three years of the program, and includes at least one period of international expatriation and up to three internships (for a total of at least six months), and is divided into 3 phases. Objectives : - acquire the fundamentals of management - build a career path - build first experiences: international, professional, associative and humanitarian.
The Master's cycle is the one of specialization. Objectives: - develop a strategic vision, a critical mind and acquire a managerial posture - develop operational and professional expertise over 2 years. Specialization lasts 2 years, providing a solid theoretical foundation combined with practical experience.Alongside these dedicated courses, the Master's cycle offers a common core of management skills and masterclasses. The core management seminars are interdisciplinary. The aim is to enable students to acquire a global vision of management issues. The program includes around one hundred hours of lectures on management and strategy, taught in English by Esdes research professors.

Our Bachelor in Business program delivers a higher education diploma in business and operational management, accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education as a Bachelor's degree. The objective of the Bachelor in Business program is to train responsible middle managers to develop the activities of companies, particularly those in the AURA region. The program is built around four complementary components: - The acquisition of fundamental management skills through generalist courses in the first two years, followed by cross-disciplinary courses and specialized in-depth studies in the third year. - Human resources training, thanks to open-minded modules, a humanitarian, social and civic mission (SoliCity) and involvement in community life. - Compulsory international immersion in 2nd year and optional in 3rd year, with in-terculturality modules adapted to each destination before departure. - Professionalization, with up to 16 months in a company as an intern or on a apprenticeship course. This immersion is complemented each year by support for students in drawing up their personal and professional projects (PEPs) and the discovery of business sectors in 3rd year (sector-based courses). The Bachelor in Business program is organized in two stages: - the first two years, as a core curriculum, include the fundamentals of management, a strengthened foundation of general culture and human development, as well as international academic immersion for all students in the graduating class - the third year, as an initial or apprenticeship course, prepares students for business specialization and enables them to deepen their knowledge of a business sector of their choice..
