WHAT IS
Set of tissues, glands and organs that participate in procreation (having children). The female reproductive system includes the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, and vagina.
WHAT ARE THOSE PARTS
ovaries
One of the two female reproductive glands where eggs (germ cells in women) are formed and the hormones estrogen and progesterone are produced
phaalopian tubes
The fallopian tubes are a pair of tubes through which eggs travel from the ovaries to the uterus.
uterus
The uterus is the pear-shaped female reproductive organ located in the pelvis (between the hips). The uterus, also called the womb, is where the baby grows when a woman is pregnant.
VAGINA
The vagina has three functions: It is the place where the penis is inserted during sexual relations. It is the path (birth canal) through which a baby leaves the woman's body during childbirth. It is the route through which menstrual blood is eliminated during periods
