"The app could provide more guidance on how to interpret the metrics like stride length and cadence. As a beginner, I’m not sure what these mean for my running."
- This clearly contradicts the objectives of the business as user may be more likely to look for a different Fitness App that supports thier goals

As a primary competitior to Runwise, the people at MyFitnessPal provide a simple yet informative interface that the have achived much success with
"Absolutely amazing app! Really easy to use. It’s helping me so much every day on my weight loss journey"

Solution
Ensuring a user-friendly interface could not only create a USP to distinguish Runwise from competitiors but it will also engourage om competitiors but it will also engourage customers to continue to navigate through the app easily
How can we achieve this?
- Introduce a speacialised User Help Center that can resolve cetain problems - Stick to a certain colour theme (perhaps Purple) which could encourage consistency throughout the app = Focus on 'Seamless Navigation' especially due to the app being not only on iOS and Android phones but also watches

New users are less likely to swipe away from our application

Yes!, this most definately puts us in a position where we become close to out objectives
- This will also give us a boost in market share as we will have a clear, distinguishable differenence between us and our competitiors which could attrach a significant amount of customers
Agile Development
I believe implementing an Agile Development Method will benefit Runwise in both the SR and LR
Being a company that satisfies consumer needs and priorites communication with our uses can solve short term problems quickly and develop long run relationships
To complete requests as efficiently as possible. - Gather similar queries and problems - Prioritse the problems that are consistently faced - Communicate with usere facing unique problems to see if it is an easy fix
